My name is Renzo, a chef with over 20 years of experience in the coulinary field. I began my career in the beautiful setting of Positano at the Michelin-starred restaurant “il Zass” located within the hotel il San Pietro, where i refined my culinary skills.
Over the years, I have worked in several Micheline-starred restaurant both in Italy and Europe, gaining extensive experience.
In 2007, I was given the opportunity to be part of the growth project of a restaurant located in Positano called “Next2” which allowed me to develop my tool as a chef and expand my knowledge in the dining sector.
Since 2021, I have been providing personalized consultations for hotels, restaurants and bars. This year, I have designed a service for private dinners in villas and yachts, based on the concept of sharing food.

I am passioned about cooking, good wine, conviviality and their power to created profound and unforgettable moments of happiness.
The idea stems from the desire to create a unique experience that offers the opportunity to try different dishes of our tradition in many small and fun tastings.
By doing so, the customer will have the possibility to taste many combination of flavors of our territory based on local fish, seasonal vegetables and selected meat in a single culinary experience in comfort directly at home.
During the dining, I will provide the most curious with the recipes of the dishes and suggest the best way to taste them.
